The Beardmore Conference Hotel is a Four Star Hotel with 1 AA Rosette and IIP recognition which consists of 11 meeting rooms, 154 bedrooms, brassarie restaurant and conferencing and banqueting facilities for up to 400 people.
As a Commis Chef you will be responsible for preparation of food for the restaurant and banqueting within the hotel. You will either have or be working towards an SVQ level one in food preparation.
Good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team are essential for this role as is the ability to work in the evenings and weekends. Previous experience of working in a kitchen environment is desirable.
