You will greet all guests entering the main site of the Beardmore Hotel and Conference Centre ensuring that the standards of service and product meet guest expectations at all times.
You will ensure the smooth running of the reception area which involves assisting with luggage, selling bedroom inventory and dining opportunities, cashier functions and general administrative tasks. In this role you will also be responsible for transporting guests to and from Glasgow Airport.
Previous receptionist / customer facing experience is essential for this role as is a valid clean driving licence. You must also have proven ability to operate a telephone switchboard efficiently. Excellent communication and customer care skills are also essential for this post. A four star hotel background with knowledge of the Opera PMS system is also desirable.
