The post holder will assist in the running of the hotel predominantly in a night shift capacity between the hours of 11pm to 7am. You will greet all guests entering the main site of the Hotel ensuring that the standards of service and product meet guest expectations at all times. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the reception area and will also provide bar and room service and ensure high levels of housekeeping and security within the night shift hours is maintained at all times. Your duties will also include transportation of guests to and from Glasgow Airport.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with previous experience of operating a telephone switchboard. Relevant experience in a similar receptionist role is desirable. A clean driving licence is essential for this role and you must be over the age of 21 for insurance purposes.
