The four-star Beardmore Hotel and Conference Centre has built up an excellent reputation.
In both 2005 and 2006 we were named 'Conference Hotel of the Year' by Hotel Review Scotland, and in 2007 received the Scottish Business Hotel Special Commendation from the same organisation. We have also been awarded the Green Tourism Silver award by the Green Tourism Business Scheme.
The Beardmore has also established itself as an integral part of the NHS since being purchased by the Scottish Executive in 2002. Along with the Golden Jubilee National Hospital, we make up the NHS National Waiting Times Centre Board.
In June 2006, the Minister for Health and Community Care approved the Beardmore as a national NHS and public sector conference facility. We are also still at the heart of our community and continue to provide a facility for family celebrations and local events.
Our unique status allows us to offer preferential rates for NHS and public sector colleagues booking conferences or events with us.
