The Beardmore was built as a conference venue. That means we have most facilities you could ever want to make your event a success.
Most of our rooms can be set-up in a number of different ways to suit your needs. Theatre, classroom and cabaret are the most popular.
In other words, we’ve got the space you need.

Theatre style
Our rooms can be set up theatre style. The auditorium holds up to 170 people but smaller rooms can accommodate between 12 and 60 people. We can accommodate up to 240 people using theatre style seating.
Classroom
A variety of rooms can be set up like a classroom to accommodate between six and 20 people in this way.
Cabaret
We can currently set up a selection of rooms for between five and 32 people cabaret style. We can accommodate 120 people in cabaret style.
Other options
We can also set up our rooms in the following ways.
- Boardroom – eight to 26 people
- U-shape – nine to 26 people
- Hollow square – 12 to 30 people
- Horseshoe of chairs – 10 to 28 people
- Dinner dance – 132 people
- Lunch/dinner – 18 to 168 people
