Conference catering

As the national NHS and public sector conference centre, providing healthy food is one of our key priorities.

Our Executive Chef has introduced a new range of menus for conference and training delegates, allowing you to tailor your choice of food for your event.

All of our food is prepared on site using fresh, Fair Trade or local produce where possible.

You can discuss our flexible range of dining options with your event co-ordinator.

  • Healthy choices
  • Finger buffet
  • Fork buffet
  • Lunch or dinner in our Waterhouse or Arcoona restaurants
  • Breakfast options, including smoothies and cereal bars.

We are happy to work with you to create the perfect catering for your event. Alternatively, you can make a selection from our range of menus or opt for the popular ‘chef’s choice’, which changes to use seasonal produce.
