New facilities

Many of our clients require a number of delegates to remotely access their conference or event – avoiding the cost, time and environmental impact of travelling to the event. 

As the national public sector conference venue, we recently launched two exciting new additions to offer alternative participation in your event.

Video conferencing

Video conferencing is the ideal choice if most of your delegates will attend in person, but you need additional colleagues to join in from other locations. It can also be used for presentations or to remotely view live events, such as clinical procedures. All you need to do is ensure your remote participants have access to video conferencing at their location.

Web casting with e-Lectern

Web casting (or streaming) allows delegates to ‘attend’ and interact over the internet from the privacy of their own office, surgery or home. As well as watching the presenter and their presentation, you can email questions that can then be asked on your behalf. 

An added benefit of this service is the automatic archive facility, which means your delegates can watch all or some of the presentations again at a convenient time. This fully comprehensive service includes all core activities, such as pre-event testing, customised web pages and management of all event systems, including filming and sound.

Voting buttons

Audience response systems, or voting buttons, are a great way to keep your delegates engaged. As well as ensuring 100 percent participation at your event, this technology allows you to display the vote results immediately. And all your results and feedback is automatically stored within the easy to use system – helping you to generate post-conference reports.

Business services

One of the many ways that we set ourselves apart is through the amenities that we offer our event organisers and guests. We can support you during your time with us in various ways.

• Free wireless internet access.
• Access to computers, printers, photocopying and faxing facilities.
