Swimming lessons
Our experienced swimming coach, William Young FIOS, MIOS (TD), is available for both one-to-one and group lessons.
William has extensive experience of designing swimming classes for all age groups and levels. He also has additional qualifications relating to disabilities and special needs.
Lessons are open to members of the health club during the following days and at the following times:
Saturdays – 9am-1.30pm
Sundays – 10am-2.30pm
