The Beardmore Hotel & Conference Centre was delighted to win at the Scottish Hotel Awards 2012:
Beardmore best for business
The Beardmore Hotel and Conference Centre recently scooped two top awards for their first-class service.
The Clydebank venue was named Scottish Business Hotel of the Year at the Scottish Hotels of the Year Awards 2009, while also receiving the Conference Hotel Commendation 2009 award at the 2009 Scottish Hotel Awards.
The awards were the result of voting by top judges in the hotel industry as well as online voting by guests.
On receiving the award, Bronagh Bell, Business Development Director of the Beardmore, said: “I am genuinely delighted that the Beardmore has been named The Scottish Business Hotel of the Year. It is great that our clients have shown their appreciation by voting for us.
“Our number one priority is to ensure that all our customers from both the public sector and the business community have a venue where they can meet and do business easily without worrying about the costs of wifi or parking, yet also enjoy excellent food and fantastic accommodation.
“We have just installed new iMac computers in every bedroom to make our guests’ visit even more productive and enjoyable.”
The NHS-owned facility has been honoured every year at the annual Scottish Hotels of the Year Awards since its launch six years ago.
Eileen Newman, the hotel’s General Manager, added: “I am extremely pleased that once again the Beardmore has been recognised at such a prestigious event.
“This accolade is a credit to our staff who show pride and dedication in their day-to-day work.”
