The Beardmore Hotel & Conference Centre was delighted to win at the Scottish Hotel Awards 2012:
The Beardmore route to wedded bliss
The Beardmore Hotel’s annual wedding show will take place on Sunday 12 August.
This year’s event, which runs from midday until 4pm, is set to be even more successful than last year’s show which was attended by over 300 people.
All brides and grooms to be, their friends and families are once again welcome for an exclusive look at the Beardmore’s facilities and potential wedding settings. Layout options are available indoors in the Arcoona, Clyde and Waterhouse Rooms, or outside in the beautiful wedding pergola next to the river.
The biggest hit of last year’s show - the wedding catwalk – returns and will feature the latest chic styles for the whole wedding party from Aimee Brides, Wedding Wise and Kilts4U. This year’s catwalk will take place in the hotel’s spacious auditorium.
A range of wedding exhibitors, from cakes to cars and favours to flowers, will be on hand to provide couples with inspiration for their big day. Free food sampling, competitions and lots of prizes will also be on offer.
Your Radio will be broadcasting live from the show, chatting to couples and their families in a fun and relaxing environment.
Kirsten Burke, Event Manager at The Beardmore, said: “We are really enjoying putting together a fantastic wedding show for couples and want to include everything they might need to consider to make their wedding day the best day of their lives. We have been hosting weddings at The Beardmore for 17 years and are very experienced in all the essential details that are important to brides, grooms and their families.”
The Beardmore has a range of wedding packages to suit every budget and can host civil, humanist and religious ceremonies in one of their function suites or outdoors in the gardens. They are also available for civil partnerships.
